Consultation
Preliminary discussions can cover everything from how often you entertain to your children’s hobbies, how long you’ll stay in your home, where you eat dinner, your pets, how many pairs of shoes you own and much more. Thinking it all through in advance is how we get to the design that’s right for you now and for years to come.
Preliminary Drawings
These drawings illustrate possible design solutions and typically include a floor plan, relevant interior elevations and exterior elevations if appropriate. These serve as a basis for further discussions that help fine tune the final drawings.
Final Drawings
Once the design choices are made, final drawings are created for approval. These will include floor plans, mechanical plans and all necessary interior and exterior elevations for tendering.
Building Permits
If required, Thomson Haynes can submit all required plans and documentaiton.
Tendering
Thomson Haynes provide plans and documentation for tendering and will be available to help in the selection. We have no financial relationship with any contractor but can recommend ones we have worked with in the past.
Site Supervision
We are available to oversee all construction to maintain the expected high standard.
